If for any reasons You are not 100% satisfied, and our technical support staff cannot help, then you can email us to obtain a refund.

Requests for refunds must be made by email within 30 days of the order date.

Your refund request will be forwarded to our refund department. We respond to refund requests in the order in which they are received.
